I am responsible for elevating our store-level Facebook content across the company. We create in-store digital training.

I travel a lot. With a team of trainers, we visit stores across the country, meeting with social media gurus at the store level. We look at their own local community and culture to create the best online vision and guest experience for their community.

As a team we train 5 educators at each store, throughout the pipeline, so that the training will last and successors can develop.  We learn how to take great photos, edit video, and create a common guest experience.

I want to be present in stores, support the teams, and be there to help them in any way needed.

We have monthly digital calls with each region to answer any questions they might have and coach them on anything else they need or want to learn! The store level social media gurus will feel 100 percent supported in their role.
